second day into the fast

well today i have failed i did have half a cappacino but i threw the rest away!! but what i did drink i did before i went to the gym :) so at least it was burt off. i went to the gym for an hour but but did well i burnt 600 calories.... which is alot better to yesterday. my friend has my gym card which means no gym tomorrow how frustrating all is good i have my wii fit to do and can do a routine at home so not to worry. 




i feel as though i let myself down for drinking the cappacino, but tomorrow i will be alot stricter, im gonna do this i need to do this, im so strong about changing my situation

the beginning

today i have started my fast, i am starting off with a 7 day fast. i am determined to complete it... I'm a fat bitch at the moment!!! my current weight is 194lbs and i want to get down to 126lbs, i am going to achieve this no matter how hard it gets i will do this. 
today i have been to the gym for a 3 hour cardio workout, and have succeeded in fasting today. all i have consumed is water 0 calories :) excellent stuff. 

i am going to blog my journey to becoming skinny here so i can share it with every one.
